We will provide all the fire equipment, serving dishes and a cheerful team. And if you’d like us to provide the drinks, we can do that too.
Tom and Ana of Country Fire Kitchen are asado experts and are highly respected in the industry. Having spent time living in South America, where Ana is from, they brought their skill for fire cookery back to the UK restaurant and festival scene; now designing professional equipment for leading restaurants and events globally. They bring a wealth of knowledge to the menu development for Fireside Feasts as well as the expertise of fire cookery. The Chickpea Group is a collection of food-led traditional pubs with rooms and pizza shops dotted around the South West; they have become renowned for creating stylish and comfortable country inns with a friendly atmosphere and great food. The team found a love for the spectacle of fire cooking and larger scale events at their pub in Wilton which has a large garden and outside kitchen. Having previously struck up a friendship with Tom and Ana it seemed a natural progression to combine experience and offer something new and exciting to the events market.
